To assure that each student receives individual instruction while developing friendships with other instructors and students, class sizes are limited. Please select your class carefully, indicating your second choices in the event that a class is filled. You must select a different class as your second choice. Refunds will not be given if you are not accepted into your first choice class. Please contact if you would like to check class availability prior to registration.

Registration includes:
Thursday evening meet and greet cocktail party
Three days of instruction
Three lunches and snack provided throughout the day
Saturday evening banquet

Canvases, thread kits, and stitch guides and hotel room are not included in the registration fee

Total registration fee: $895

Non-refundable deposit: $300 will reserve your place
2nd deposit due November 1st, 2017: $300
Remaining registration balance and kit fee due March 1st, 2018

Hotel room rate through the room block is $150/night. This is not included in the registration fee. Double and single rooms are available. Hotel rooms must be booked through the room block by copying and pasting a link into your browser that you will receive via email.

You will receive an email with a link to make your room reservation after you have completed registration.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration at any time. However, the initial deposit of $300 is non-refundable. You will not receive a refund on the non-refundable deposit if you do not receive your first choice class.
Classes must have a minimum number of students to run. If a class does not fill, you will be moved to your second choice class. Should you choose not to switch classes, the non-refundable deposit will be applied towards the complete kit of canvas, stitch guide and thread kit for the cancelled class.

Class Descriptions

Select one of the following classes to partake in during the course of the three day retreat. Canvas and kit fees will vary. On the registration form please list your first and second choices. Class registration is on a first come first serve basis.

All kits include canvas, stitch guide, thread kit, stretcher bars, needles and whatever else you might need.

Autumn Rake

Fire and Ice

This dramatic depiction of Fire & Ice flames the imagination with an inferno of hot combustion & icy crystals. You will explore many different shades & textures of red threads as you create the towering red polygons that burst into flames; these include Gloriana silk, cotton, Planet Earth silk, Thread Gatherers cotton, Empress Silk, Treasure Braid & Petite Silk Lamé Braid. On the beautiful smoke gray Congress cloth the ice crystals form above the flames in vertical parallelogram shapes using purple, green and metallic white threads including Petite Silk Lamé Braid, Sparkle! Braid, & Gloriana silk.

Design is approximately 5 1/2” x 10” on Congress cloth. This is a counted design.

Seashell Wreath
